My heart breaks when I see people who come to my channeling sessions struggling with panic, desperation about their life issues, and not being able to afford therapy.

So I felt called to create this meditation because basic mental health access should be free for everyone! Nobody has taught us how to regulate our emotions during extreme stress, and that has a damaging effect not only on our health & day to day life. But it also hinders our spiritual development. 𝗙𝗼𝗿, 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹.
