Cancellations & Refunds

Canceling Individual sessions: Cancellations are allowed up to 30 minutes before the session. Cancellations after that are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds for an individual session: If you took an individual session and are not satisfied, request a refund at support@abetterliving.co.

Reschedules: Up to two reschedules of sessions are allowed for a 1:1 session. You need to inform us at support@abetterliving.co. Reschedules have to be done at least 30 minutes before the session begins. If you cannot attend the session or can’t make it even after two reschedules, the session will be considered used up and no refunds will be issued.

Cancelation and refunds on coaching packages (2, 3, 6 months): If you have changed your mind after booking a coaching package, cancellations of the full paid booking are allowed if done at least 1 hour before the first session begins.

Remember coaching can bring you transformation only when you perform the action plan outside the session. I believe you need to take at least 3 sessions to observe the great transformation in yourself. If you have already taken 3 sessions and are not satisfied with the results, then you can request refunds for the remaining unused sessions on a pro-rata basis. e.g. For a 4-session package, a refund for only one session is allowed because a minimum of 3 sessions has to be taken by the client to notice the change in their lives.

Refunds are not available for sessions already taken in the coaching package. For e.g. if you have purchased 3-month coaching (that has 6 sessions in total) and have taken 4 sessions and don’t wish to continue, then you can request for refund for the remaining 2 sessions that you have not taken at support@abetterliving.co .

Canceling live workshops: Cancellations & refunds are allowed up to 1 hour before the session begins. If you can’t attend it, you have to inform us at least 1 hour before the session begins at support@abetterliving.co. Failure to inform 1 hour prior to the session would forfeit the fee for that workshop. If you are not satisfied with the workshop, please mail us at support@abetterliving.co for refunds.

No-show at the session: No refunds will be made for no-shows at a 1:1 session or workshop.

In most cases, we would suggest checking out our free videos or free masterclasses before you make a purchase so that you know what you are getting. If you are not satisfied with these services, please reach out to support@abetterliving.co with your feedback, so that we can improve.

Online Courses have a 30-day refund policy, whereby you cancel and request a refund if you are not happy with the courses. Reach out to us at support@abetterliving.co for refund requests on courses.
