You can cancel your 1:1 channeling session up to 30 minutes before the session begins. Canceling after that will have no refunds. Please mail us for refunds upon cancellation at support@abetterliving.co. There are no refunds if you are not happy with the session. Because these beings are not here to please you. They are here to tell you the truth that serves you and you may not always like it.
Up to one reschedule of sessions is allowed for any private session, be it coaching, healing or channeling. You can reschedule directly using the link you received in your email. Or send us an email at support@abetterliving.co. Reschedules have to be done at least 1 hour before the session begins. If you cannot attend the session or can’t make it even after one rescheduling, you can cancel the session and request a refund. More than one reschedule is not allowed and the session will be considered used up. Not showing up in the session will forfeit the amount you paid for it.
There will be no refunds for coaching packages. We play full out or nothing at all. We would 100% recommend taking single sessions if you are not sure about investing in a coaching package. You can choose a coaching package when you have an idea of how Moumita’s coaching style is from her single sessions.
Cancellations & refunds are allowed up to 1 hour before the session begins. If you can’t attend it, you have to inform us at least 1 hour before the session starts at support@abetterliving.co. Failure to inform 1 hour prior to the session would forfeit the fee for that event. Session replays are available even if you could not attend (check event details to see if replays are available).
For live, channeling events, or paid channeling videos there are no refunds if you couldn’t make it. No refunds if you attended or bought it and were not satisfied.
Refunds for the group coaching: If you are not satisfied with the group coaching that you have enrolled for, you are eligible for refunds within the first 14 days since the coaching started. Please mail us at support@abetterliving.co for refunds within the first 14 days from the date of coaching commencement. Refunds are not available after 14 days.
If you do not show up for a 1:1 session within the first 5-10 minutes, then it will be considered a ‘No-Show’. No refunds or reschedules will be made for not showing up. You may also be barred from future sessions.
No shows in any live group sessions, group coaching, event, or workshop is also not eligible for refunds.
Online courses have a 30-day refund policy, whereby you can cancel and request a refund if you are unhappy with the course you purchased. Refunds are eligible only within 30 days from the date of payment and not beyond that. Reach out to us at support@abetterliving.co for refund requests on courses.
