What is happiness?
Most often we think happiness to be one type of feeling that is transient, highly elevating emotional state. But it’s not quite that.
Emotional stability or emotional resilience is the ability to remain calm and positive even in the face of adversity. Being the planner that I am, I always used to get very upset whenever my plans wouldn’t work out the way I wanted them to. Or that I did not get what I desired.
