My February updates

I know have been keeping silent for two weeks ever since I recovered from covid. A lot is going on in my head. I am going through life transformations, as we speak, at different levels. The major reason why I haven’t been able to post was because of the work pressure at my job. My work responsibilities have increased as I shifted to a new team in January. But apart from this I also had been thinking about what kind of content should I be focussing on for my followers. Whether work-related tips and tricks would be more helpful for you or emotional healing. Or whether I should talk more about spirituality and how science and spirituality have joined forces in my life. Maybe you can tell me what you would like to know more. What would help you in your life more?

My personal updates:

To start with, I received 2 gifts from my employer Acko General Insurance. One was sent to my parents (in the purple box) containing two coffee mugs, one metallic water bottle, masala tea, and a voucher. The second one was sent by my manager- the books, Ferrero Rocher chocolates and a box of green tea! I am grateful for these gifts! It’s been so long that I read paper books ever since I switched to the Kindle app. I don’t know when I get some time to read them lol 😀

But life had been very hectic for me. My mood was off for a certain period of time. That I wasn’t able to focus on my website due to work pressure. But I have acquired some skills in managing my schedule. I will talk about managing work pressure in my upcoming content.

I also joined a diet and lifestyle program called Wildfit at the end of December. I had become extremely fat since 2020 December, gained 12 KGs, and was very frustrated about my body image. I realized that my self-esteem was tied to how I looked. While I was practicing all the self-love that I tell others to do, looking at the mirror didn’t help me feel that way. I almost gave up on losing weight because the known diets, exercises, intermittent fasting, etc didn’t help me. But finally, I stumbled across this course- Wildfit in Mindvalley and am delighted to announce that I lost 6 KGs since January 2022. I am very very excited as to what I would look like after the program ends in March. Probably share a few pics if the transformation looks the way how I wanted.

I have never come across a structured program that helps you gain control over your food step by step. I hated the fact that I had to start cooking again. But so far, given the results, I am not complaining. 🙂 I am not affiliated with Wildfit or Mindvalley. But both are very good platforms if you want to experience personal growth and transformation.

I also came across an interesting concept called Lifebook in Mindvalley which I am still exploring. It helps you think about the kind of future you want to live in and actually makes it happen. I noticed that both Lifebook Online and Wildfit are built on the premise of our own beliefs systems and Parts work respectively. This was interesting to observe because most courses that I have taken in the past weren’t that big on mindset changing. But given my experience in emotional healing, spiritual awakening, and working through negative belief systems in the last 7-8 months, it felt good that I am not the only one who believes these are important for a healthy and happy life.

On this note, I feel that everyone should take a look at their current life and really think about whether is this what they really want? If not, what do you want to do about it? What is your strategy to get to your dream life? I am definitely not living the life that I dream of. Not yet. e.g. My neighborhood is so noisy that it is driving me nuts. So after pondering for 2 months and tolerating this mental torture and trying to give it a positive meaning, I have decided to move to a better house. Similarly, I am bringing in a lot of changes in other aspects of my life too, which shall remain secret for now. 😉

Other than this, I have been taking a lot of courses about content strategies and follower growth through social media for the last 2.5 months. These few months have only been focused on learning and experimenting with new things and concepts. I wanted to experiment with – what kind of content strategy can help more people in the upcoming months to come and focus only on that.
