5 tips to manage imposter syndrome

Imposter syndrome is extreme self-doubt that makes you feel like a fraud. You feel like your achievements are nothing and question whether you deserve that accolade. In this video, I discuss some relational techniques to tackle this. In my upcoming videos, I will talk about other ways to battle it.

Imposter syndrome is very common and very high achieving people have this. E.g. David Bowe, Serena Williams, Tom Hanks, Lady Gaga, Ema Watson, etc. It is very difficult to get out of self-doubt when your beliefs are chaining you down and you are surrounded by people with whom you can’t be yourself. But there’s hope.
