This is the 3rd meditation from my ‘5-day meditation challenge’ that I did last year. This meditation is meant to help you connect with your emotions and heal your body.
Most people are thinking about their feelings, instead of feeling their feelings. This will help you realize how each emotion (be it positive or negative) is physically felt in the body. And how negative emotions (when not released effectively) can harm your body to create illnesses.
You will also learn how to love and accept yourself unconditionally. This self-love can be deeply healing and can heal not only your body but also your emotions. Double benefits! Some people can heal their physical illnesses if they do it regularly.
