A lot of people, including you, don’t like changing. Trying to change others without being accountable for your own actions is futile. You can share your opinions and suggestions if others are causing you inconvenience.

When people don’t change, then ask yourself- what changes can I bring in myself to change the situation? If no amount of changes in yourself are making any difference, sometimes even leaving that place or person can also bring about a change you didn’t expect and may bring newer opportunities.

In short, don’t wait for the others to change. Become the change you want to see in others! Do you agree with it?
