If you have read the Seth Material or follow Bashar and have often heard this phrase – “You create your own reality”, I have some bad news for you. We do not have 100% control over our reality creation, but we have limited control over it – through our ‘choices’.
Our choices are influenced by our belief system. But the entire reality that you see or experience in the immediate environment or in the distant environment is not created by us. That is far from the truth.
In this post, I have created an image to depict the complex processes of the collective consciousness in creating our reality. And shared the private channeling excerpt between me and Archangel Michael, where he explains this in detail. Archangel Michael explains how your existence affects the collective agreements (spiritual agreements between you and other souls on Earth who co-exist with you even if you don’t know each other), how our collective consciousness affects our experience, and quantum entanglement, in simple words, as one would explain to a 5-year-old. He also mentions how other people are also assisting us to make the parallel reality jumps to other versions of Earth.
Now, here I owe an apology to those who have been following me regularly – Yes, I did say in the past we create our own reality. I believe the beings (channeled by other famous channelers) who promote these messages of ‘creating our own reality’ do so with good faith – give us back our sense of control over our destiny. Most people who have experienced powerlessness in their lives will resonate with this idea because it gives them some sense of control over their lives and helps them feel better. But if we could control our destiny and were able to create our reality, then none of the wars you see happening would have happened. None of the mishaps that keep happening to us or our daily challenges would have happened.
Those who are delusional enough to believe that simply changing our belief system will allow you to create your reality, well, guess what? Your beliefs are in your subconscious, you cannot change years of deep trauma and negative beliefs with ‘daily affirmations’. And even after deep work, you will not have much control over what happens to you. You can only change your destiny based on the choices you make now, the choices that are available to you. You can definitely change your mindset and hence change some of your circumstances. So in that sense, you still have some limited control over your life.
These kinds of reality creation concepts also put undue pressure on traumatized individuals who take the blame for everything that is happening in their lives (and beyond). They feel that they are somehow responsible for it, but they are not. That puts them in the loop of ‘fixing’ themselves to change their reality, when there is nothing to fix.
So I want to change that stance now. And this post will clarify my current understanding of it. This clarity had come last year in October (2024), and I had since channeled many videos and posted about it.
I used to be a Bashar fan and truly believed, once upon a time, that we create our reality. And you may have seen me explaining that in our Facebook group. But lots of new revelations keep coming my way. And based on my experience in spirituality so far, I feel what I know now is probably going to change again tomorrow, because newer information keeps flowing in while channeling. Channeled conversation between me and Archangel Michael
Me: So I had this question about manifestation, like – I don’t believe that I manifest whatever I am the vibration of… in the strictest sense. This immediate environment that I have manifested, I feel this has something to do with the higher self and also the soul.
AA Michael: It has everything to do with the higher self and the soul. When you are moving to a state of ‘knowing’ – like you are right now, about certain things in your life… the things that manifest in your life now, you will be cherry picking those things that fit with this new belief system.
But what you are presented with by default is not in your control. So while there are a lot of things that you can pick and choose based on your belief system in the given environment, the environment itself is created by your soul in collaboration with your higher self.
And there is no clear demarcation between who is creating your outer environment or your immediate environment – both your soul and higher self are somewhat involved in that process.
Me: So the diagrams that I was talking about (in the past), where manifestations happen within the higher self, was that correct or incorrect?
AA Michael: It is partially correct in the sense that your higher soul self is vast; it can stretch millions of miles.
Me: Millions of miles?
AA Michael: Yes.
Me: Are you sure it’s millions of miles?
AA Michael: Yes.
Me: Are you sure it’s ‘millions’?
AA Michael: Yes.
Me: So all our higher selves are interconnected?
AA Michael: Yes.
Me: Okay, go on.
