My heart breaks when I see people who come to my channeling sessions struggling with panic, desperation about their life issues, and not being able to afford therapy.

So I felt called to create this meditation because basic mental health access should be free for everyone! Nobody has taught us how to regulate our emotions during extreme stress, and that has a damaging effect not only on our health & day to day life.
