In this transmission, Mary explains the connection between emotions, water, and disease. She talks about how water can “hold” frequencies (like those Japanese water experiments), and then links it to the fact that around 70% of your body is water.
From there, she walks through how unprocessed emotions like fear, anger, grief, shame, resentment, etc. actually reshape the water in your bodily fluids – blood, lymph, etc. When those emotions are suppressed (through numbing, distraction, alcohol, dissociation), they don’t leave the system. Instead, the water in specific areas of the body holds that disharmonious pattern, forming “pockets” of frozen charge. Too many of these pockets in one area = blocked flow = dis-ease.
Mary then gets very practical. She explains:
- Why simply feeling your emotions fully (for just 10–30 seconds each) already starts to dissolve those distorted water structures. She describes how allowing emotion in layers – anger, then fear, then sadness, etc. – eventually leads to a kind of wisdom emerging at the end.
- How all emotions ultimately come from love – love is the foundational frequency – and how introducing pure love into a diseased part of the body forces the water there to reorganize itself into harmony again.
- A super simple but powerful hands-on exercise: you first build up genuine loving feelings (by thinking of someone/something you truly love), feel your chest expand, and then “lift” that feeling with your hands and place it on the part of your body that needs healing – like your throat, your hand, wherever. Done frequently and sincerely, this can accelerate recovery.
- A backup/alternative method using loving affirmations (“I love and accept this injury/disease”) on loop for a few minutes, and noticing what shifts in sensation and relief.
She also touches a really important relational piece: people who are truly loved and held in loving relationships tend to have better mental and physical health, even when other areas of life are messy. She gently nudges you to look at your relationships – is there real mutual love, or only transaction and “give-and-take”? Because staying where love is missing can literally create more disease in the body.
If you’re someone who feels emotions very intensely, has mysterious health stuff, or just wants a simple, heart-based way to support your body alongside whatever else you’re doing, this transmission is worth sitting with.
