I have level 2 certification of Holographic Memory Resolution (HMR). This modality of healing allows someone to change traumatic memories, positively reframe them and stabilising the new vibration using ‘colors’. This can heal even complex traumas, PTSD and severe dissociation. This also allows past life regression and ancestral traumas.
Mental and Emotional Release (MER) by Dr. Matt James is my go-to tool for conducting breakthroughs and helping clients release limiting beliefs and PTSD.
This creates permanent behaviour change, removing blocks and developing newer coping strategy. Do note that BTS sessions are not one off sessions and need a coaching package to administer it completely.
This also allows past life regression and ancestral traumas.
For clients with complex trauma, I use other modalities to release limiting beliefs like the HMR, etc.
MER is a therapeutic approach that helps people release negative emotions and limiting beliefs stored in the subconscious. This method is rooted in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and uses specific techniques to let go of deeply rooted issues, often tied to anger, sadness, fear, hurt, or guilt. MER involves guiding people back to the origin of their issue and enabling them to reframe and release the emotional impact, often through visualization and altered perspectives. This process allows individuals to move past emotional blocks, improve their mental and emotional well-being, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I am an NLP practioner and extensively use NLP methodologies in my coaching. NLP or neurolinguistic programming coaching, is a method for helping people change unhelpful thought patterns, feelings, and behaviors by using practical techniques.
It focuses on recognizing and shifting negative patterns, improving self-talk, and reframing how we interpret situations. By paying close attention to language, mental imagery, and the mind-body connection, NLP helps people make small, intentional changes that lead to more confidence, better relationships, and greater success in reaching personal goals. Essentially, it’s about retraining the brain to think and act in ways that are more supportive and empowering.
I use TEAM-CBT techniques extensively in my sessions. TEAM-CBT is special psychotherapy method that was created by Dr David Burns to remove cognitive distortions and behavioral patterns that contribute to emotional distress.
It is safe, effective, evidense based and incorporates what most therapies fail to do – empathy. TEAM stands for Testing, Empathy, Agenda-Setting, and Methods.
A majority of my parts work that I do in my coaching is IFS informed. Sometimes I also combine it with NLP based CORE Transformation (developed by Connirae Andreas) as and when I find it necessary.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic approach developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz that views the mind as a system of distinct “parts,” each with its own emotions, beliefs, and roles. These parts can be classified into three main types:
At the center is the Self, a core state of calm, compassion, and clarity. In IFS therapy, individuals learn to connect with their Self and build trusting relationships with each part, allowing for healing and transformation as exiled parts are gradually reintegrated. The approach fosters inner harmony by acknowledging and caring for each part’s unique needs and roles.
More popularly known as Emotional Freedom Technique, you can tap the body’s specific meridian points to release trauma and negative emotions held in those parts of the body. This creates total healing of physical and emotional ailments and beliefs. I use EFT extensively for body healing as it is very effective and makes the process faster. This is only administered to clients who know it or are interested in using it.
Inspired by Dr Gay Hendricks, I often practice self loving affirmations and practices not only in my private coaching or in my personal life, but also in my group sessions. My healing modality – ‘the self healing blueprint‘ is heavily inspired by it and has 80% efficacy rate.
Self-loving affirmations are positive statements that individuals repeat to themselves to foster self-acceptance, boost self-esteem, and cultivate a more loving relationship with themselves. These affirmations focus on reinforcing beliefs about worthiness, uniqueness, and deservingness of love and respect. By regularly practicing self-loving affirmations, individuals can challenge negative self-talk, reduce impact of limiting beliefs, and promote a more positive mindset, ultimately leading to improved emotional well-being and self-compassion.
I extensively use shadow work for myself and for my advanced clients who have already done some trauma therapy and have the resilience to do it.
Shadow Work is a process of exploring the unconscious parts of ourselves that we usually hide, reject, or are unaware of, often referred to as the “shadow.” The concept was popularized by psychologist Carl Jung, who believed that these hidden aspects, while often seen as negative or “dark,” contain valuable insights and qualities that can enrich our lives if integrated.
In shadow work, the goal is to bring these hidden parts to light by:
Shadow work is often challenging but transformative, as it helps you become more authentic, less reactive, and more compassionate with yourself and others.
This is a method taught to me by Archangel Metatron to activate hidden abilities within the body. I channeled how to do it from Metatron.
This has many applications including trauma healing, activating hidden abilities or dormant skills, bringing up new resources previously undiscovered by the client. I am still developing it and use it only in specific sessions to unblock clients.

Our coaching call will be done over Zoom. You can join from your laptop or mobile phone. You need to have a strong internet connection and know how to use Zoom. Please test Zoom at least 10 minutes before the call so that there are no problems setting it up. You can join from the comforts and privacy of your home, or wherever you like at your chosen time slot. I am based out of India and the times you see on my calendar are converted to your timezone. So you never have to worry about converting timezones to my time manually. Just choose your preferred time and the meeting invite link will be sent to your email id. You set the agenda of what you want help with. On your appointment booking page, you can share the challenges you need help with so that we can save some time in the actual session. I will go through it before our session to prepare for our session together.

Our clientele is located globally and it saves them the hassle of traveling. It also allows them to do early morning or late night coaching calls with me from the comforts of their home when they have a busy day at work.
Not always. It depends on the problem and your goals. Sometimes you may just need one session to notice just the right changes in your life. Other times you need a planned approach to make certain important transformations in your life, for which you may need multiple sessions (called a coaching package). You can discuss this in our call.

Usually a lack of satisfaction may happen when you don’t know what to expect in the session. Or come with a wrong expectation as to what coaching is. Or you are not willing to open up and trust the process. Please do your research about what coaching is and how it can help you before you book a call with me. If you are not satisfied with the sessions, you need to honestly communicate that to me immediately so that I can make the appropriate changes for you during the session. Communication is the key.

Coaching is a collaborative process where you constantly provide feedback on what works for you and what doesn’t in real time. And I adapt my approach based on that. I don’t force anything on you. Everything happens with your explicit consent. The only time coaching doesn’t work is when you don’t trust me, afraid to share feedback or are unwilling to open up and be vulnerable. As long as you trust and collaborate with me throughout the process, it is impossible to not get any results.
Each session is tailored specifically to your unique challenges, using proven techniques that have helped many clients overcome similar issues.
